Inspiration, insight and finding your authentic self

So how come with all this fabulous knowledge of wealth, entrepreneurship and bettering oneself have I not 'got it' yet?!  Why am I not a millionaire, high flying business woman?  

This is my point!  I have drifted from one change your life book to the next for half my life, each bringing its own gifts and nuggets of insight.  But have I systematically applied them? No. Have I learned the principles? No. Have I sabotaged my chances when they arose? Frequently. And so the story goes...  I know it is not unfamiliar, and that I am not alone in this now.  I know I suffered noteworthy lack of self worth, that I have hidden myself and my talents away from the world for 20 years, feeling small and insignificant for poor reasons...

I have been liberated from a life of self imposed shame, of living in the shadows of life and have stepped, no leapt, into my radiant authentic self - I thank and acknowledge Katherine Woodward Thomas & Claire Zammit of Feminine Power for this [see post below] - they provide the most comprehensive, personal resource experience over 7 weeks that will change your life, for good.  From the bottom of my heart I Believe this, and on the back of my transformation I am writing the next chapter of my life myself!! Flourish - stronger than it sounds!

I have always been 'growth' orientated,... bar the fact that I am 5ft zero!  Growth as in personal development, in myself and in others.  But the term 'flourish' was brought to my attention recently and I dismissed it as girly, flowery, and soft...  How wrong was I?  Being pedantic as I am, I looked it up in the dictionary, and to all intents and purposes that is one iceberg of a word!

To Flourish:

• To prosper
• To be successful
• To do or fare well
• To be in one's prime
• To thrive
• To grow well, luxuriantly
• To be in a period of highest productivity, excellence, influence...

I believe we could all use some flourishing in our lives, relationships and passions!

Feminine Power-Awakening the co-creative spiritual liberators within us

Now, where are all the female luminaries in my list of inspiring books / authors below?!!!  Bar Louise Hay, who has saved my troubled self a few times and led the way gently through the dark; truth be told, until I got the link this year to Katherine Woodward Thomas and Claire Zammit's awe inspiring Feminine Power audio I did not even know there was such a thing as female co-creating, spiritual liberators!  I did not seek them out from my false masculine perception that they would be too soft compared to the more masculine 'go get' inspirations I had been subscribing to!

Inspiration

Or are they???   Reading the likes of these isn't going to lead the way to an enlightend life any time soon, is it?!  Seriously, what are you nourising your spirit with?  What mind food do you consume - with all the doom and gloom and negativity that abounds in the media supressing the enlightened soul?  

We need to counteract such attacks on our evolutionary well-being and stand strong in our conviction that a better way of life can be lived - we all have an active role to play - and as Amanda has highlighed so well below - it is all too easy to get sucked into perpetual misery and the 'my life sucks' mode of thinking...  STOP!!  Take a stance on how much negativity enters your life and start showing up in the light of well being and take action towards the life you want to live!

Here are some books that have inspired me on my spiritual path over the years, in the order they came to me:

* The Trick to Money Is Having Some - Stuart Wilde - Laugh out loud, free yourself from financial struggle...

* Think & Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill - the core principles of wealth, standing the test of time!

* Millionaire Upgrade - Richard Parkes Cordock - brilliant unfolding of entrepreneurial knowledge, written as a story - it's not so difficult if I BELIEVE in a better way of the world...

* The Richest Man in Babylon - George S Glason - should be essential reading on the ways of money management - wonderful tales spinning only the common sense truths!

* & I confess... anything by Anthony Robbins, but I perfer his audio because he is such an inspiring person and dynamic speaker.
